12701 Massacre At Light's Point - While in a mine cart, NPC Scarlet Fleet Defender remains hostile and still attacks. Player can't get to the ships because he is killed in the mine cart.
12720 How To Win Friends And Influence Enemies - While hitting with daggers (http://www.wowhead.com/item=39371), they don't make NPCs surrender = quest can't be completed .
12717 Noth's Special Brew - can be picked up and completed only after How To Win Friends And Influence Enemies 12720, but should be available after 12716 (The Plaguebringers Request)

According to Wowhead, some of these quests are for two races, however that is a wowhead glitch. Currently, for example taurens have two quests avalaible for them, but should have only one.
