* Move from DB Scripts to SD2 the continuous spawning of Living Poison
blobs in Naxxramas Construct Quarter.
With the initial DB Scripts solution, the respawn mechanics could be
exploited by players to create a safe corridor in order to bypass that
part of the instance. With this SD2 approach, the flow of NPCs is
working as on retail and cannot be avoided.
