Spells use raw distance without bounding radius or combat reach for
calculating animation travel distance. This bug was most evident on Void
Reaver (who has bounding radius 10, combat reach 15) and uses a delayed
spell called Arcane Orb which is a delayed slow missile. It had up to 2
