there is bug in AT all daily quests http://www.wowhead.com/zone=210#quests. if you are ali human and you complete the quests for stormwind and gain achiev of stormwind, you can make quests for gnomeregan and quests which can give you stormwind quest giver dont show you again for making, now there is ability to make all quests for all quest giver - so you can make quest for stormwind again and for gnomeregan faction here too - BUG, only for G you can make quests and Stormwind quests are for you disabled

Did you also do the following quests since i have never seen them work:

Also the rack to get the lance for the alliance tent is not there. So players starting this quest will not be able to grab the lance. The horde has their rack lance ok.
