Instance [The Mechanar]. at the finnal boss near it's a exit portal short way to get outside.
i found this object near exit portals on normal and on heroic mode

any way after exiting by this portal. you get outside but in a diffrent place.
you get outside oF the [the Arcatraz] but inside the laser door that requires arcatraz key to open it. so u stuck there without that key.
same problem on this instance [The Botanica]
