Remove support for `npc_gossip

TC revision https://github.com/TrinityCore/TrinityCore/commit/05e075ce0ec0b758bca9a183b3a401c620fd58a7 has broken many q givers, so there are many missing npc_gossip can you look at this problem? or we must report all NPCs which has broken "data" ?

I think we mast move all gossip data from npc_gossip into gossip_menu.
