[Quest] Lazy Peons

Description:The peons all sleep, but when u use the quest item on them, they just do nothing! They should wake up and start choping the tree. Also after they woke up u cannot use the quest item on them anymore, u must search for a new peon. After a small time the peon will get back to sleep... dunno this time 30 sec 1 min... dunno
