paladin Seal of Light healing every sec on every kind of damage. well this is wrong and BUGED.

Fills the paladin with divine light for 30 min. giving each melee attack a chance to heal the paladin for 243.

so its shoud NOT HEAL paladin for every kind of damage.
{BUG: paladin healing too much}

my fix.
this fix allowing [seal of light] heal paladin only on seccesful mele damage. NOT SPELL DAMAGE.

and if you change its procflags = 4 and cooldown = 10
then it would be like more offlike healing.
