<pre style='white-space:pre-wrap;width:81ex'>Better handling for tapped flags.
As its fully dynamic, it mean we cannot have to call set or removeflags.
Instead we only have to be sure it will be updated.
Changed the way of flags is used to a more logical one.
Basicaly,
creature alive and not in combat -> not tapped by any
creature alive and in combat -> tapped by someone, set TAPPED_BY_PLAYER flag for that one (or group)
creature dead -> exactly same as creature in combat.
