Move AI->JustRespawned() call

<pre style='white-space:pre-wrap;width:81ex'>Move AI->JustRespawned() call JustRespawned() may make the creature enter in combat with enemy. That implie a call to AI->CallForAssistance(). As JustRespawned was called before the complete initialization of that AI that resulted by a crash. Moving it right after i_AI pointer assigned will fix the issue.
