quest is buged. when killing http://wow.zamimg.com/uploads/screen...rmal/92699.jpg this npc nothing happens but should appear http://www.wowhead.com/npc=28415/captive-footman

there are lot of quests like this at the argent vanguard and those quest working perfectly.
