Уже порядком забыл про этот квест, но прокачивая нового персонажа снова наткнулся. У меня стоит аддон LightHeaded, вот что на первом листе про квест:

There is a bug with this quest. If you accept it, you'll get a quest timer as well as a timer on the item. If you log out, the quest timer continues to tick away but the item timer does not. If you then log on later after the quest timer has expired, you will find that the item timer hasn't expired yet and the quest will still show as done (not failed, giving the impression that you cam complete the quest). However, if you then go to Krazel, you will not be able to talk to him."
Собственно, в первый раз я не пробовал поговорить с Крайвелом... всё возможно.
