Now linux users will be able to invoke extractors from initial cmake.
By default no tools are builded.
You can build tools by adding :
-DBUILD_EXTRACTOR=ON, for map/dbc
-DBUILD_VMAP_EXTRACTOR=ON, for VMAP extractor/assembler
-DBUILD_MMAP_EXTRACTOR=ON, for MMAP builder
You can also create only exrtactor by disabling core build using
-DBUILD_CORE=OFF

ex building all and using PCH

cmake -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=../_install -DBUILD_EXTRACTOR=ON -DBUILD_VMAP_EXTRACTOR=ON -DBUILD_MMAP_EXTRACTOR=ON -DPCH=ON ..
